Digital Products (Guidebooks, Templates, Checklists, Downloads)

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of our digital products, all digital product sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a product has been purchased and delivered electronically.

Planning Sessions (1 Hour Check In, 2 Hour Prep Session, or Additional Sessions)

Booking & Payment

Payment is required to confirm your session date and time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled session are non refundable.
• No shows are non refundable.

If an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.

Refunds

Because session time is reserved specifically for you, refunds are not provided once a session has been completed.
